Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using COSMO Fancy Gifts (COSMO, we, us), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our service

COSMO is a single-store gifting platform offering two fulfilment options: Quick Delivery, free within a 5km radius of our store and fulfilled by our in-house delivery team, and Standard Shipping, fulfilled by courier and available more broadly by pincode. Quick Delivery orders have a minimum order value and do not support Cash on Delivery — full details are on our Shipping Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. You may also check out as a guest without creating an account.

Orders and pricing

• Product prices, availability, and stock levels are as shown at checkout and may change without notice.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item goes out of stock, if we cannot confirm your delivery address is within range, or if we suspect fraud.
• Discount codes and flash sale pricing are subject to the terms shown at the time (expiry, minimum order value, redemption limits).

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and UPI. We do not use a payment gateway, so UPI payments are not verified automatically — our team confirms payment manually before your order is packed. Quick Delivery orders must be paid via UPI, not COD.

Acceptable use

Do not use COSMO to place fraudulent orders, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the normal operation of the site, or misuse our contact channels (including the WhatsApp button) for anything unrelated to your order.

Intellectual property

Product photos, descriptions, our logo, and the site’s design belong to COSMO Fancy Gifts or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We work to keep product listings, stock, and delivery estimates accurate, but errors can happen. To the extent permitted by law, COSMO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, delays outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier delays, traffic, weather), or third-party services we rely on (Firebase, Cloudinary, courier partners, WhatsApp).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of COSMO after a change means you accept the update.
